Warranty Issues

​

cpap.ae offer up to one (2) years warranty on their main machine units (CPAP & BIPAP). If you feel that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as you can at  (info@cpap.ae)

We will accept the return product that has manufacturing defects with exchange. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact Please email our returns department on info@cpap.ae

Return items

​

We will not accept returns on products that have been opened. Please take precautionary measures to insure you are buying the right style and size masks. For your convenience, you can check carefully the detailed product page and mask sizing gauges.

Exchanging items

​

We accept exchange for the correct product but you will be responsible for the price difference depending on the circumstances.

The shipping cost of returned item(s) back to cpap.ae will be on the customer.

There are no restocking fees for Exchanging items

We aren’t accepting any returns/exchanges on packages that have been opened. So, please take your time picking the right product and size. You can call us for advice and check available sizing guides in the detailed product page.

We assume that all machines used if opened and if usage hours are placed on the machine. CPAP warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer.

 

All CPAP/BIPAP machines that experiencing functional issues and passed manufacturer warranty period may be able to be repaired by cpap.ae in UAE only.

Order Canceling

Your order can’t be cancelled if it left our facility, we can cancel your order with no additional fees if your order hasn't left our facility. For cancelling your order Please email our returns department on (info@cpap.ae)
